This hotel has very friendly, service-oriented staff and is located in an amazing spot.

Thank you everyone for a great stay during my visit. I had double room with a good view. I liked that there were a personal safe, climate control, and a minibar. The location was perfect and marvellous in a good area, just off a beautiful park, the town centre, and public transport.

This place is spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly and professional. the location is super convenient, and the newly decorated twin room has comfy beds, a nice bathtub, and a lovely view. 🛁.

Room was clean and big. Air-condition worked well. Bathroom and shower was also excellent. We had a dinner at the restaurant - food was excellent and the wine list had good coverage.

At the dinner we waited a quite long time for our aperitive-beers and the wine which we ordered came just a second before the main course even the wine needed quite a long time to open before enjoying.

Rooms are spacious

Hotel is located next to the railroad track (main ice connection), even with windows closed sleeping is profound disturbed, when I booked my room I choose so called city side (alternative lake side), as an former Schwerin local I know in which direction the city centre is located, turned out city side is railroad and main street side, feel cheated, will not stay in this hotel again

This hotel offered a quiet triple room equipped with an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and a bathtub, which I appreciated.

Great location to visit the castle and gardens.

Hotel very good in all departments, just the parking and internet a little pricey.

our recent honeymoon stay in schwerin was absolutely amazing. best western truly exceeded our expectations with their friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and stunning views of the castle and schelfkirche from our balcony. it was truly a relaxing and memorable experience.

Wifi was not complimentary.

Hotel is situated next to the railroad gauges, so it is a little bit loud.We had to have our windows closed in the night.

the hotel was excellent in all ways. The majority of staff could speak English and they answered every query by email promptly before my visit, and were very attentive and pleasant during it.Nothing was too much trouble for them. I did not want to leave.I booked a standard room which was large and luxury and there was always hot water. The hotel is sited opposite a late. The quality of the food was very professional and enjoyable. It was the best hotel I have stayed in. The owner was very pleasant and a real gentleman. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone.
